Booking Methods: To schedule our doorstep car wash services, you have the flexibility to book through our website, mobile app, or simply by reaching out to our customer service via phone. Appointment Confirmation: When you confirm your booking, a standard reservation fee is applied. Upon receiving and reviewing your request, we will promptly send you a booking confirmation via email, SMS, or within the app, confirming the availability of your requested time slot. Your booking is considered officially confirmed once the reservation fee is paid, and it is essential to complete this step before the scheduled visit. Please note that no service visits will be conducted if the reservation fee remains unpaid.

A. Booking Fee (Slot Reservation)

Reservation Confirmation: The booking fee serves as a concrete demonstration of our customers' commitment, drastically reducing the likelihood of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. This commitment is pivotal for maintaining a seamless schedule and preventing scheduling conflicts.

Resource Allocation: The booking fee enables us to allocate our resources, encompassing both staff and equipment, with precision. This proactive resource management ensures that we always have the necessary assets available precisely when they are needed, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of our service.

Reduce No-Show Rates: The introduction of booking fees results in a significant reduction in the number of no-shows, a factor that can impose financial burdens on our business. The financial commitment from customers minimizes the risk of appointment neglect, benefiting both our customers and our operations.

Customer Commitment: We believe hat customers who have invested in their appointments through a booking fee are more inclined to honor their commitments punctually. 2. Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy:

A. Cancellation Window: You are welcome to cancel your service appointment at any time. However, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment, to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly.

B. Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team via our website, mobile app, or the provided contact details. You will receive a notification once your service cancellation request has been successfully processed.

C. Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any cancellation charges. Nevertheless, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be applied, and the booking fee will be non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy:

A. Eligibility for Refunds: We will issue refunds under the following circumstances: If we are unable to complete your service due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or reasons beyond our control. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service and have reported the issue to our customer service team, providing relevant documentation, including but not limited to pictures or video snippets, within 24 hours of receiving our service.

B. Refund Request Timeframe: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the completion of the service.

C. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team with all the necessary details of your request. All refund requests are subject to review and require a maximum of 2 business days from the time of receipt for processing. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days for the transaction to be completed, depending on the bank and the mode of payment used.

D. Refund Liability: We will make reasonable efforts to respond to Your refund request at the earliest. Please note that We will not be responsible for delays, which may be caused by any third parties such as banks and Merchants, on whom We rely while processing Your refund request or delay caused in the case of any or any force majeure events which are beyond Our reasonable control. Therefore, We bear no liability for the processing of the refund requests.

5. Chargeback Requests:

You have the option to initiate a chargeback request in accordance with the terms and conditions of your debit or credit card scheme or your bank account. It's important to understand that your chargeback request will be managed by your debit/credit card provider or your bank, and not by us. Consequently, we bear no responsibility for the processing of chargeback requests.

6. Account Review and Fraud Detection:

We retain the right to examine your account and transaction history as part of the chargeback request investigation, with the aim of identifying any potential instances of fraud. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, we maintain the right to cease doing business with you.
